In exercise of the powers conferred by section 156 of the Finance Act, 2017, the Central Government has notified 26th day of May, 2017 as the date on which the provisions of PART XIV of Chapter VI of the Act have come into force.

Notification attached here under.
On and from 26th day of May, 2017, any appeal, application or proceeding pending before COMPAT shall stand transferred to NCLAT.
